Children - We love children and they are welcome at our spa, but we do ask that your child is well supervised for their safety and out of respect for other clients visiting our spa. Please arrange for child care during chemical services, we find it is a lot to ask of a child to entertain themselves during the long process.
We apologize, but we no longer cut children's hair under the age of 5 years old. This decision was made for safety reasons and for the relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients to enjoy. We also ask that all children be supervised by an adult while visiting the spa.
Cell Phones- We strive to create a peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment. Please be considerate of those around you with regards to your cell phone usage.
Pictures - Please ask for permission before taking any photos.
Jewelry - We suggest that you arrange care for your valuables prior to your visit with us. We are not responsible for personal items.

Making Appointments for Yourself? We suggest calling one to two weeks in advance to be sure you will get appointment for the services you desire at times convenient to your schedule.
Surprising Someone with an Appointment at Our Spa? We try hard to confirm all appointments the day before they are scheduled. If you are making an appointment as a surprise for someone you care about, please be sure to tell us when scheduling so we can make every effort to not to confirm that appointment
Making Appointments for a Group? We suggest calling four to six weeks in advance to be sure your group can enjoy services performed in the proper order, conveniently timed around their activities.
Cancellation Policy: 48 Hour Cancellation is required for all multiple services, packages and group reservations. A Valid Credit Card Number is required to reserve any appointments. We also have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A cancellation charge of 100% will be applied after the specified time period.
