Michelle has 6 years of massage experience. Her athletic training background and continued passion for health and wellness continues here at APF. Michelle incorporates stretching as well as trigger point release techniques into most massage sessions. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys her family and friends, biking, golf and reading.
