During your consultation, your Hair Designer can recommend pre and post-treatments to maximize your color.
If booking any hair service that requires 4 hours or more with the stylist, a $200 deposit is required after the initial color consultation. This deposit will be credited towards the service, however, is non-refundable if there is a no show/no call. We also require a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice due to the nature of time allotted for the appointment.

*Color Service Policy: If for any reason your hair color service is unsatisfactory, please call us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you within a week. After a week, additional charges will apply.
Metal Detox Treatment

Keratherapy Keratin Treatment
This treatment works by coating the hair strands in keratin; replacing the broken protein bonds and strengthening the hair by adding an additional layer of keratin. Our treatments soften and smooth the hair strands, removing 100% of frizz and transforming broken hair into manageable, shiny locks.
Frizz, split ends, and dryness are no match for the healing effects keratin has on damaged hair!

This 2 in 1 formula should be used after all color/highlighting services to lock color in and prevent fading OR as an in-salon express keratin treatment providing frizz and curl control simply and quickly. Pure keratin, collagen, argan oil, and natural fruit acids penetrate and repair damaged, frizzy, and lifeless hair. Works on all hair types for up to 4 weeks.

The Pre Art Treatment is a highly effective way to prepare hair for chemical services. It is an intense clarifying treatment which removes all types of buildup, whether from iron, copper, chlorine, minerals, and product build up. Helps equalize the porosity of the hair shaft, helping to ensure that hair is in the best possible condition to accept chemicals so you can achieve optimal color results.
Malibu Iron Treatment – From $25 (Blow Dry is an extra fee)
This treatment helps to remove excess build-up in your hair caused by hard water, chlorine, and water softeners. By removing built-up minerals in the hair, less breakage and brassiness will occur. It also helps prep hair for color services.
Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Treatment – $25 (Blow Dry is an extra fee)
This sulfate-free all-in-one treatment provides ultimate repair, intense conditioning, and color fade protection for all hair types.
Colourists' Solution
All color and chemical services include a Consultation, Shampoo & Blow Dry. A Redken Glaze, which is a process to seal in color, is always recommended for any color service, which is an additional $25 fee.
Nak:
Contains white tea and orchid butter for shine, conditioning, hydration, and softer hair. NAK permanent is a 100% grey coverage color line with the lowest amount of ammonia for gentle processing and maximum grey coverage. NAK soft demi line contains no ammonia for blended to full grey coverage, as well as refreshing your previous color and highlights.

For safety reasons and to allow clients to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, we no longer cut children’s hair under the age of 5 years old. Children must be supervised by an adult while visiting the spa.

Our stylists recommend a Bridal Trial Run 3 to 4 weeks prior to the day of your event. Please come in for a trial bridal run on your hair and makeup. Please bring your veil or other headpieces and pictures of what you have in mind. Plan on taking some pictures! These extra steps will ensure that your hair and makeup is exactly the way you want on your special day and will decrease your stress and anxiety. Your trial run of events will be charged according to time spent and how many different hair changes have been done. We recommend that hair be washed the day before.
When having an Up Do style for the best and long-lasting results please wear a button-down shirt (this prevents your hair from being rearranged when changing later). We ask that your bridal party arrive 15-20 minutes early to properly insure that everyone is on schedule. On the day of your bridal group appointments, we cannot allow any changes to be made. If changes are to be made a new contract has to be updated and signed by the main contact person.
