Spa Policies

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. 100% charge will be applied to cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice.
  • For groups, a 50% deposit will be needed to hold appointments and can be used the day of services.
  • APF is not responsible for any lost or stolen items including jewelry, coats, cell phones, etc.
  • We apologize, however, there are no pets allowed in the spa (service animals only).
  • Allow extra time to arrive for your appointment (especially during the summer season).
  • Late arrival: the allotted time for service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Hair Service Policies

  • Any color/chemical services over 2 hours requires a non-refundable deposit of $100
  • Any color/chemical services over 4 hours requires a non-refundable deposit of $200
  • Additional charge for blow dry & style with any color or chemical service starts from $25
  • Color Service Policy: If for any reason your hair color service is unsatisfactory, please call us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you within a week. After a week, additional charges will apply.
