She has been licensed, practicing, and training for 20 years after graduating through the Virginia School of Massage. She strives to bring the very best possible services to the community & our clients using skills acquired through a multitude of accredited classes reaching from energy work with reiki and chakra balancing, stress relieving gentle pressure Swedish, slow structural work of myofascial, to deeper more intense deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, trigger point or gua sha.
